the white house slammed the decision in a statement last night, calling it an "overreach by a single, unelected district judge." white house officials also say the judge is "putting the well-being of criminal aliens before the safety of our citizens". happening now-- an investigation underway after several middle school students are sent home. police say they were sharing a drink-- laced with drugs. police say nine students at two different schools were busted with drinks believed to contain xanax. seven go to river bend middle. they shared the drink in a classroom friday morning. hours later-- down the street at potomac falls high a student acting weirdly had apparently drank a xanax mixture, and another student had one too. none of the students were

playing out in suburban maryland nearly a year ago.. and now there are new developments in the case. a former law enforcement officer has pleaded guilty to killing two people and wounding two others in the shooting spree. jay korff has the chilling 911 tapes that were just released. developing now.. a chilling admission

taylor says he helped cover up the murder of his childhood friend-- in order to steal money. preston says his friend, sara stern, inherited 10-thousand dollars. and when their other friend, liam mcatasney found out-- he quickly began planning stern's murder. taylor says he helped dump stern's body off a bridge, and stage an apparent suicide. afterwards-- they stole the money from stern's safe. taylor got got three-thousand dollars. stern's body has not been found. taylor will testify against , as part of a plea deal. a former star of "the bachelor" is free on bond, after being arrested in iowa. chris soules is accused of leaving the scene of a deadly crash near his farm. police say his truck hit a tractor monday night, killing its driver. court documents state.. soules had alcoholic beverages and containers in his truck. he's expected in court next tuesday. soules starred in season 19 of "the bachelor" in 20-15.

when it comes to customer satisfaction, spirit airlines ranks dead last for the third year in a row. the ultra-low cost carrier has the lowest score in the latest travel report from the american customer satisfaction index. another ultra-low cost airline, frontier, is the second least favorite. on the flip side-- jetblue is the most popular airline with fliers. followed by southwest. its usually a bad day if you get mud on your favorite jeans. but at nordstrom-- some shoppers are paying a lot of money for basically the same experience. . nordstrom is offering these "heavily distressed" jeans, with fake mud on them. and twitter is going crazy over them. nordstrom says the jeans "embody rugged,americana workwear that's seen some hard-working action." and it says the caked-on muddy coating shows..
